In-Villa Dining

Your in-house cook will prepare and serve your meals happily. S/he offers a suggestion menu of Asian and international dishes with a selection of vegetarian and children’s options.

Try some of the local Balinese meals such as gado gado (vegetables with peanut sauce) or a traditional rendang beef curry. Or, with the abundance of seafood on your doorstep, arrange for traditional dishes such as sate lilit or fish soup, or a barbecue feast on the terrace.

Some dishes will require several hours of marinating before ready for cooking, other meals might require more times. So, please ask the butler or cook one day before, so they have enough time to prepare your meals.

Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price. There is a surcharge of 15% added to total of your grocery expenses. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the receipts for your reference.

Dishes will be prepared in family style, e.g. one appetizer, one or two main courses and one dessert. This way, foods will be considerably warm when they are served.

For a special occasion, we can provide a guest chef to cook in your villa. Including if you’d like to have entertainment such as Balinese dancing, quartet group, etc, we can arrange this.

Villa dining is limited only for party staying in the villa. If you would like to invite guest to have dinner with you, please contact your butler first for additional arrangement.
